The invention discloses a liquefied natural gas gasifier which comprises a shell, a gasification unit and a cold storage unit, wherein a first chamber is defined in the shell; the shell is provided with a secondary refrigerant inlet and a secondary refrigerant outlet which communicate with the first chamber; the gasification unit is arranged in the first chamber, and positioned between the secondary refrigerant inlet and the secondary refrigerant outlet so as to exchange heat with a secondary refrigerant in the first chamber; the shell is provided with a natural gas inlet and a natural gas outlet which communicate with the gasification unit; the cold storage unit is arranged in the shell and spaced apart from the gasification unit; and a second chamber is defined in the cold storage unit and suitable for being filled with the secondary refrigerant so as to exchange heat with the secondary refrigerant in the first chamber.
