Abstract

The invention discloses a permeability testing method and device providing osmotic pressure and confining pressure by means of a shunting bucket. The permeability testing device comprises a rock osmotic pressure chamber, a rock-soil permeameter, an air pressure supply and control system and an air pressure-water pressure conversion system, wherein the air pressure supply and control system comprises an air compressor and an air compressor regulating valve; the air pressure-water pressure conversion system comprises a water-filled pressure bucket; a lower end of the pressure bucket is providedwith a pressure overwater shunting outlet and a pressure underwater shunting outlet of different heights respectively; a three-way valve is arranged on a pipeline of the pressure overwater shunting outlet; one water outlet of the three-way valve is connected with the rock-soil permeameter through a pipeline, and the other water outlet is connected with a pressure head of a rock osmotic pressure chamber through a pipeline; and the pressure underwater shunting outlet is connected with a pressure chamber wall of the rock osmotic pressure chamber. Through adoption of the permeability testing device, the permeability characteristics of rock and rock-soil samples can be tested simultaneously, and the confining pressure and the osmotic pressure can be measured with the same set of instruments andequipment. The permeability testing device has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation and high measurement accuracy.
