Embodiment 1

[0029] Spray chlorothalonil on the tomato leaves, and spray 0, 0.5mmol·L on the tomato leaves after 2 days -1 , 1mmol L -1 , 3mmol·L -1 and 5mmol·L -1 γ-aminobutyric acid solution, the tomato leaves were taken on the 5th and 10th day after treatment for the determination of chlorothalonil content ( figure 1 ), to evaluate the effect of γ-aminobutyric acid on the metabolism of tomato pesticides.

[0030] The result is as figure 1 As shown, compared with the control (spraying the same amount of clear water; Control), the exogenous spraying of 0.5mmol L -1 γ-aminobutyric acid (mmol·L -1 GABA) can reduce the residual amount of chlorothalonil in tomato leaves, but there is no significant difference with the control (P>0.05). And exogenous spraying 1mmol·L -1 , 3mmol·L -1 and 5mmol·L -1 GABA can significantly reduce the content of chlorothalonil in tomato leaves (P-1 and 5mmol·L -1 There was no significant difference in chlorothalonil content in tomato leaves treated with ...

Abstract

The invention discloses new application of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in reducing vegetable pesticide residue. The invention firstly finds that GABA is capable of promoting metabolism and degradation of pesticide in pesticide-sprayed vegetables and reducing pesticide residue of vegetable crops. A concentration screening test for pesticide residue reducing effect of GABA proves that degradationrate of the pesticide on the vegetable crops can be obviously increased by externally spraying 3 mmol.L<-1> GABA solution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of vegetable safety production, in particular to the application of gamma-aminobutyric acid in reducing vegetable pesticide residues. Background technique [0002] The vegetable industry has high economic benefits and a large cultivation area. It has developed rapidly in my country and has even become an agricultural support industry in some areas. However, vegetable crops are vulnerable to various pests and diseases, which affect yield and economic benefits. At present, chemical control is mainly used in vegetable production, resulting in excessive pesticide residues. This has become the most prominent problem among hidden dangers of food safety in our country, and it is also an important factor restricting the export of agricultural products in our country. [0003] At present, the method of reducing or removing pesticide residues is often to remove pesticide residues when vegetables are harvested and re...
