Abstract

The invention discloses a quick preparation method for a flexible strain sensor on the basis of a biaxial drawing technology. The preparation method comprises the following steps that: dispersing activated carbon materials in N, N-dimethylformamide solvent to be subjected to ultrasonic dispersion for 1h; then, adding a polymer material in the mixture, carrying out heating and stirring under a condition of 80DEG C until the polymer material is completely dissolved, and then, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 2h to obtain polymer nanocomposite solution; importing the solution into a mould,and moving into a drying oven to be dried; carrying out hot-pressing molding on the nanocomposite to obtain a nanocomposite sheet material; and finally, carrying out sequential biaxial drawing on thesheet material on a biaxial drawing machine to obtain a composite film, and connecting with an electrode and a conductor to manufacture the sensor. By use of the quick preparation method, the structure of an electric conduction filler can be quickly and conveniently regulated and controlled, the active filler is arranged in parallel and is favorably dispersed in a polymer matrix, in addition, thenanometer material can form a regular electric conduction network in the polymer matrix, and meanwhile, the method is favorable for improving the sensitivity of the strain sensor.
