Abstract

The invention discloses a structural design for eliminating abnormal waterflow sound of a heat exchanger of an automobile. The structural design comprises a cooling system, wherein the cooling systemcomprises a thermolator base, a water storage bottle, a bypass valve, the heat exchanger, a first pipeline for hermetically communicating with the thermolator base and the heat exchanger, a second pipeline for hermetically communicating with the thermolator base and the bypass valve, and a third pipeline for hermetically communicating with the thermolator base and a turbocharger, wherein the connection position of the bypass valve and the heat exchanger to the thermolator base is exchangable top and bottom; the second pipeline hermetically communicates with the upper right side of the thermolator; and the first pipeline hermetically communicates with the lower right side of the thermolator. According to the structural design, the hermetical communicating position of the heat exchanger andthe thermolator base is changed, so that layered bubbles are isolated so as not to enter into the heat exchanger through the first pipeline; and moreover, abnormal sound of a core body of the heat exchanger due to the bubbles when the automobile is cold started is avoided, and the driving experience is improved.
