The super lens comprises a substrate and a surface structure; the surface structure comprises a metal layer and a plurality of spiral surface structures arranged in an array, the metal layer is formed on the spiral surface structures, and the plurality of spiral surface structures are arranged on the substrate. The range of the rotation angle of the plurality of spiral surface structures along the radial direction is 0-360 degrees, and the phase of the left-handed circularly polarized light and the right-handed circularly polarized light passing through the super lens can realize full-phase delay.
