The method comprises the steps of acquiring a reimbursement voucher image of a to-be-processed reimbursement application; performing image segmentation processing on the reimbursement certificate image according to the determined reimbursement key area to obtain an image slice corresponding to the reimbursement key area; performing image character recognition processing on the image slice to obtain sub-structured data corresponding to the image slice; integrating the sub-structured data corresponding to each image slice of the to-be-processed reimbursement application to form structured data of theto-be-processed reimbursement application, and verifying the structured data according to a preset verification rule; and calling the image slice corresponding to the sub-structured data which does not meet the preset requirement in the verification result so as to correct the structured data.
