Problems solved by technology

However, the existing leaching technologies all need to use acid and other chemicals as eluents, and cannot remove 100% of hexavalent chromium and total chromium in the soil
Moreover, it is necessary to further repair and treat the eluate and the soil after leaching, which actually increases the cost of treatment

Embodiment Construction

[0027] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples, and the contents of the examples are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention.

[0028] figure 1 A flow chart of the method for removing total chromium pollutants in chromium-contaminated soil by water washing of the present invention is shown. Such as figure 1 Shown, the method that water washing of the present invention removes total chromium pollutant in chromium polluted soil may further comprise the steps:

[0029] First, carry out reductive transformation.

[0030] Different from the prior art, in the present invention, organic acid and seaweed extract are used as reducing leaching agents. Generally, organic acids cannot reduce hexavalent chromium, but in the present invention, the addition of seaweed extract can catalyze the reduction of hexavalent chromium with organic acids.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for removing total chromium pollutants in chromium-polluted soil by water desorption. The method comprises the following steps: (1) reduction conversion: mixing an organic acid, water and chromium-polluted soil, and fully and uniformly stirring to form a slurry; adding a seaweed extract into the slurry, uniformly stirring, and then standing for reaction for 24-36hours to form a reactant; (2) soaking and washing: adding water into the reactant, stirring and soaking for 2 hours, and dehydrating by using centrifugal or filter-pressing dehydration equipment to form washing water; soaking and washing for multiple times according to the former step, and mixing washing water obtained by soaking and washing for multiple times; and (3) precipitation: adding quicklime into the washing water to precipitate trivalent chromium in the washing water, adjusting the pH value of an obtained supernate, and recycling or directly discharging the supernate. According to the method, total chromium pollutants in the chromium-polluted soil can be removed, and damage and secondary pollution to the soil are avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of soil treatment, and relates to a method for removing pollutants in soil, in particular to a method for removing total chromium pollutants in chromium-contaminated soil by water washing. Background technique [0002] In the past, due to insufficient attention to environmental protection and loopholes in supervision and other aspects, chromium pollution appeared in the soil in many areas. [0003] At present, for the remediation and treatment of chromium-contaminated soil, the basic idea is to reduce the highly toxic hexavalent chromium to trivalent chromium by means of reduction stabilization, and to use stable immobilization methods to reduce the mobility of chromium in the soil. However, this method can only reduce highly toxic hexavalent chromium to trivalent chromium, but the total chromium content in the soil has not been reduced. Under certain environmental conditions, trivalent chromium may be re-ox...
