Abstract

The invention provides a method for separating and detecting isomers in a fluralaner racemate. The method is carried out by adopting a high-performance liquid chromatography, taking amylose-tris(3, 5-dimethylphenyl carbamate) bonded silica gel as a stationary phase, and forming a mobile phase by adopting normal hexane and ethanol. The method provided by the invention can effectively separate the isomers in the fluralaner racemate, is efficient and simple, has high sensitivity and good separation effect with a separation degree up to 6.681, and provides the detection method for subsequently developing the fluralaner S isomers to appear on the market and detecting the fluralaner R isomers.
