Method for preparing nano-palladium electro-catalyst by ethanol reduction

The invention relates to a method for preparing a nano-palladium electro-catalyst by ethanol reduction. The method reduces PdCl2 (palladium chloride) to metal Pd (palladium) nano-particles by the aid of ethanol reduction and action of cosolvent, and includes the steps: firstly, preparing ethanol water; secondly, adding PdCl2 powder and protective agents into the ethanol water, feeding shielding gas, heating and stirring to enable palladium positive ions to generate reduction reaction so that the Pd nano-particles are obtained; and thirdly, performing centrifugal separation after reaction is finished to obtain black precipitates, and washing by ethanol and acetone prior to drying so that the nano-palladium electro-catalyst is obtained. The nano-palladium electro-catalyst is synthesized in one step in a normal-temperature environment by using the ethanol water as a solvent and utilizing the reduction action and the solvent effect of the ethanol without additionally adding chemical reduction agents such as ascorbic acid and by means of magnetic stirring and water-bath heating to guarantee solubility of the PdCl2. The method is low in cost, environment-friendly and simple and feasible in operation process, and the prepared nano-palladium electro-catalyst is high in yield and centralized in particle size distribution and has good application prospect.

The puerarin mass content of the instant arrowroot provided by the embodiment of the invention is larger than 15 mg/g, and the puerarin-rich instant arrowroot has a good taste, and a good appearance, and is good in instant property.

The optical active layer film formed by the method provided by the invention is low in surface roughness degree, is low in largest surface height fluctuation, and is small in phase separation dimension; a micro crystal structure can be formed in a P3HT phase; and the film during the processing course is easy to dry.

The invention relates to a process method for removing arsenic from feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate prepared from wet-process phosphoric acid. The process method comprises the following steps of: 1) adding a sodium sulfide or calcium sulfide solution into neutralized slurry by using an adjustable pressure metering pump until the solution reaches a position which is 50cm away from the liquid level of the neutralized slurry; 2) desulfurizing by an air stripping method, namely removing hydrogen sulfide (H2S) from slurry at the bottom of a thickener by using a desorption tower; 3) recovering the H2S in tail gas to generate a mixed solution of calcium sulfide and sodium sulfide by using lime water and liquid caustic soda in a molecular ratio of Ca(OH)2 to NaOH of 1:1 as washing water of a tail gas washing tower, wherein the washing water of the tail gas washing tower is used as a raw material of an arsenic remover for the neutralized slurry in a section I and recycled after the concentration of the washing water is qualified; and 4) adding the sodium sulfide or calcium sulfide solution into the last one or two reaction tanks for one-stage neutralization of the wet-process phosphoric acid. The process method has the advantages that the content of the H2S in the slurry is reduced to about 3ppm, and the slurry does not have the odor of the H2S; and arsenic removal cost is reduced by more than half compared with that of a treatment method in which lime is not used.
