According to the pipeline connecting device, a pipeline allowing media in the pipelines to circulate is formed between the pipelines by the telescopic connecting pieces, meanwhile, deformation of the telescopic connecting pieces is utilized, the telescopic connecting pieces are stretched correspondingly when the pipelines are contracted due to the cold so as to guarantee the connection stability of the pipelines, or the telescopic connecting pieces contracted correspondingly when the pipelines are expanded due to the heat so as to accommodate the deformation amount of the pipelines. Thus, the pipeline connecting device can absorb the stress which is produced by deformation of expansion caused by the heat and contraction caused by the cold of the pipelines originally and acts on the pipe joints, the pipelines and the pipe joints cannot be affected by the deformation telescopic amount, deformation or loosening is avoided during operation of the train, and the condition that operation of the train is affected due to leakage of the media in the pipelines of the train is avoided.
