Abstract

A multifunctional intramedullary nailcomprises an intramedullary nail main body, a slideway arranged inside the intramedullary nail main body, and an internal fixation structure which moves along theslideway and is used for preventing the intramedullary nail from shaking. The multifunctional intramedullary nail is characterized in that the intramedullary nail main body is arranged as a cavity intramedullary nail, and a plurality of windows are arranged on the cavity wall; the internal fixation structure comprises an extensible structure; the window includes a window for the extensible structure to extend; the slideway is integrally connected with the intramedullary nail main body and has consistent direction with the intramedullary nail; and the internal fixation structure is combined with the slideway. By setting the intramedullary nail with the windows, after the internal fixation structure reaches the window for the extension structure to extend, the extensible structure extends out of the window and is fixed on the inner wall of the bone marrow cavity, thereby preventing the intramedullary nail from shaking in the bone marrow cavity and avoiding unnecessary complications.
