According to the control method, when cold air needs to be discharged, the exhaust device is controlled to be turned on, the cooking cavity communicates with the outside, and the cold air can be discharged, so that a float can be removed, the situation that the negative pressure cannot be generated because the cooking cavity cannot be sealed due to fallback of the cooled float is avoided, and the cost of the cooking utensil is reduced by removing the float.
