The pesticide auxiliary agents comprise tributyl phosphate (TBP), dibutyl sebacate (DBS) or diethyl sebacate (DES), wherein the concentration of tributyl phosphate is 200-400 [mu] g/ml, the concentration of dibutyl sebacate is 10-30 [mu] g/ml, and the concentration of diethyl sebacate is 40-60 [mu] g/ml. The pesticide auxiliary agents are simple in dosage form (the three pesticide auxiliary agents are all single dosage forms), can play a significant role in synergism of herbicide glyphosate in agricultural production, reduce the usage amount and production cost of glyphosate, and provide a new thought and lay a working foundation for research and development of efficient and environment-friendly pesticide assistants in the future.
