The manufacturing method comprises thefollowing steps: step 1, dissolving organic glass in acetone to form a saturated solution; step 2, preparing a plurality of rats with different weights, killing the rats, placing the rats in a prone state, and shaping the rats in a low-temperature environment; step 3, soaking gauze in the saturated solution for a preset time, taking out the gauze, covering the surfaces of the rats with the gauze,and stretching the gauze to expose the mouth and nose of the rats; step 4, cooling the rats for a preset time to solidify the gauze; step 5, stripping the solidified gauze from the surfaces of the rats to serve as a fixing cover; and step 6, punching a preset position of the organic glass plate with a preset size, arranging a non-metal fixing piece, and fixing the rats to be measured on the organic glass plate through the non-metal fixing piece and the fixing cover.
