Abstract

According to the method, an overlapping area proportion is determined by adopting overlapping analysis according to the distribution range and overlapping range of any two specie; indexes reflecting spatial distribution similarity are established, and a species correlation matrix is established accordingly; a species relationship network graph is generated on a graph model according to the species correlation matrix, and a community detection method is applied onto the relationship network graph to detect a plurality of closely associated species clustering communities; and finally, communities to which image pixels belong are counted according to mapping precision, so that a species geographical division map can be obtained.
