Abstract

The invention discloses a valve working condition diagnosis device and a diagnosis method thereof. The device comprises a valve, a detection system which is connected with the valve and is used for acquiring vibration information, and a data acquisition and analysis system connected with the detection system. The data acquisition and analysis system obtains real-time valve working condition information by analyzing to-be-diagnosed vibration information acquired by the detection system. The diagnosis method comprises the following steps: (1) before detection, simulating different working conditions of the valve, and establishing a database in which vibration information corresponds to the valve working condition information; and (2) during detection, allowing the data acquisition and analysis system to compare the acquired vibration information with the database to obtain the corresponding real-time working condition of the valve. The device is convenient to install, the valve operationstate data obtained through the detection system is reliable, the monitoring frequency of the valve working condition is improved, and the device is widely suitable for the remote real-time diagnosisof the valve working state in the fields of industry, agriculture, environment and the like.
