The method comprises the following steps of: calculating a sample average value of n effective forehead temperatures; calibrating sensor parameters and measuring a relative temperature; acquiring (n+1)-th sensor numerical values and calculating an actual body temperature; judging whether the sensor numerical values are within an effective range or not; and including the effective values in the effective range in a sample, and removing the earliest sample todynamically update a sample library.
