The method comprises the steps: extracting planning conditions and planning condition control ranges in various planning texts, and carrying out space matching on the planning conditions and the planning condition control ranges; performing space integrationon the matched planning condition control range with the planning condition attribute information, and embedding the planning condition control range into a land parcel unit; identifying the conflicttype of the land parcel planning condition through the conflict judgment condition; performing automatic processing and processing information integration on the transferred plot planning condition conflict key points; and outputting a conflict processing report and a delivered plot planning condition report.
