Each guiding and draining side ditch atleast comprises a ditch bottom and ditch walls. The ditch bottom and the ditch walls form a side ditch with a cross section which is substantially trapezoidal. The ditch bottom forms a short edge, and the ditch walls form bevel edges of the side ditch. The side ditch is characterized in that each ditch wall comprises a ditch top and a side wall, wherein plants are planted in the ditch top facingthe side of the road and the ditch top far away from the side of the road in a staggered manner in a manner that the plants are irrigated conveniently. The ditch wall is formed by at least two types different building blocks. The two types of building blocks are capable of preventing a liquid from entering soil on a back side of the side ditch. The upper surfaces, protruding into the side ditch, of one type of building blocks are capable of absorbing and storing and keeping the liquid.
