[0023] S1: Select the rootstock and cut the buds.

[0024] The selected rootstocks are the thicker and stronger branches that grow from the 2-year-old Quercus hemp or Quercus cork seedlings in the spring of the third year, or the 25-25-25 35cm branches. Cultivate the seedlings of Quercus variabilis or Quercus cork and make it grow for 2 years. In the spring of the third year, keep the strong buds at the base of ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a quercus acutissima and quercus variabilis bud grafting method. The method comprises the following steps of selecting rootstock, and cutting a grafting bud; selecting a pointon the rootstock as a grafting point, transversely cutting the grafting point once to form a transverse notch, enabling the length of the transverse notch to be equal to or slightly larger than the width of the grafting bud, vertically and downwards cutting from the two ends of the transverse notch respectively to form longitudinal notches, enabling the length of the longitudinal notches to be slightly larger than that of the grafting bud, downwards from the transverse notch, transversely cutting a position which is 2/3 of the length of the grafting bud again, forming a square wound surface onthe rootstock, enabling the square wound surface to be used for grafting the grafting bud, aligning the upper left corner of the grafting bud with the upper left corner of the square wound surface, and closing up for grafting; binding the grafting bud; and managing grafted seedlings. The quercus acutissima and quercus variabilis bred by the bud grafting method provided by the invention has the characteristics of high germination rate and high breeding efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of plant cultivation, in particular to a method for budding of Quercus japonica and Quercus cork. Background technique [0002] Quercus acutissima and Quercus variabilis belong to the Fagaceae genus Quercus, deciduous trees, and are important components of temperate broad-leaved forests. The area and stock volume of oak forests in my country account for 10.15% and 8.76% of the national forest area and stock volume respectively. It can be seen that oak resources play a pivotal role in my country's forest resources. Both Quercus variabilis and Quercus variabilis are important native tree species in my country. Quercus variabilis and Quercus variabilis have strong adaptability and wide distribution, occupying an important position in the terrestrial ecosystem. The material is hard and tough, and is resistant to decay. It is often used in industrial production and has important economic value. Mostly evergreen...
