Abstract

The invention discloses a low-frequency pressure mode piezoelectric energy harvester, which comprises a spring vibrator module and an energy collection module. The spring vibrator module includes a stainless steel vibrator, two guide rails, two springs and two limit plugs. Through the collision of the stainless steel vibrator and the spring, the low-frequency vibration is converted into high-frequency vibration, and then the vibration signal is transmitted to the energy harvesting module through the limit plug and the guide rail. The energy harvesting module consists of two diamond-shaped telescopic frame structures, a top rotation shaft, a bottom rotation shaft, two adapters, two holders and a piezoelectric plate. Vibration force is amplified into compressive force through the set diamond-shaped telescopic frame mechanism, and then applied to the piezoelectric plate through the holder to generate electric energy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of energy harvesters, in particular to a low-frequency pressure-mode piezoelectric energy harvester. Background technique [0002] A piezoelectric energy harvester (PEH) is an efficient device capable of converting mechanical energy into electrical energy. It adopts piezoelectric material as an energy conversion device, which has the characteristics of high power density and easy installation. In addition, traditional energy sources (such as chemical batteries) have many disadvantages, such as limited service life, environmental pollution, etc., which will be further amplified in today's rapidly developing industrial environment. In order to make up for these shortcomings, harvesting energy from the surrounding environment has become a frontier hotspot of research and has been widely favored in recent decades. [0003] Vibrational energy is found everywhere in nature. Wind, body motion, and tidal motion a...
