Abstract

The invention proves that curculigoside can inhibit osteoclast proliferation and differentiation induced by wear particles, inhibit osteoclast bone resorption activity and osteolytic cytokine release in an in-vitro cell environment, and has a certain prevention and treatment effect on periprosthetic osteolysis after artificial prosthesis replacement.
