Problems solved by technology

At present, ICP plasma emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) is usually used to detect trace elements in dairy cows. This method has good precision, so the accuracy rate is high, but the equipment is very expensive, and the detection cost is relatively high. Professionals are required to operate, so it is not suitable for the diagnosis and screening in the daily management of cattle farms, resulting in the current situation that the diagnosis of trace element deficiency in cattle is difficult

Embodiment Construction

[0018] A method utilizing IL-2, SOD, IL-6 and GSH-Px in the blood to detect milk cow copper and selenium deficiency, the present invention is further described below in conjunction with test:

[0019] Experimental animals: 50 lactating Chinese Holstein cows with similar age, parity, and body condition were randomly selected from a large-scale pasture in Heilongjiang Province, and divided into groups according to serum copper levels from low to high, followed by experimental group 1 (0.87- 0.99mg / L) [12 heads, 0.95±0.037mg / L], experimental group 2 (0.99-1.06mg / L) [9 heads, (1.03±0.020mg / L)], experimental group 3 (1.07-1.16mg / L) [15 heads, (1.11±0.033mg / L)], experimental group 4 (1.17-1.29mg / L) [8 heads, (1.23±0.039mg / L)], experimental group 5 (1.30-1.56mg / L) [6 heads, (1.39±0.088mg / L)]; grouped according to serum selenium levels from low to high, followed by low selenium group (0-0.05mg / L) [19 heads, (0.045±0.004mg / L)], control group 1 (0.05-0.06mg / L) [20 heads, (0.055±0.00...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting copper and selenium deficiency of dairy cows by using IL-2, SOD, IL-6 and GSH-Px in blood, and relates to the technical field of trace element detection, the expression levels of IL-2, SOD, IL-6 and GSH-Px in serum of dairy cows are determined by using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the IL-2, SOD, IL-6 and GSH-Px are analyzed to have significant correlation with the trace element copper and selenium deficiency of dairy cows by statistics. When IL-2 in the serum is less than 395.26 pg / mL and SOD is less than 358.27 U / mL, detecting that the lactating dairy cow is lack of the trace element copper; and when IL-6 in the serum is greater than 562.34 pg / mL and GSH-Px is less than 186.84 U / mL, it is detected that the lactating dairy cow is lack of trace element selenium. The method can simply and quickly detect copper and selenium in the dairy cow body, and provides an effective and convenient means for disease prevention and control.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of detection of trace elements in lactating dairy cows, in particular to a method for detecting copper and selenium deficiency in dairy cows by using IL-2, SOD, IL-6 and GSH-Px in blood. Background technique: [0002] With the intensive and large-scale development of my country's dairy farming industry, in order to improve the production performance of dairy cows, some major epidemic diseases with high morbidity and mortality have been highly valued by managers due to their huge economic losses, while some chronic wasting diseases have great impact on dairy cows. The impact on the production performance of dairy cows is often neglected, but the problems caused by it, such as the decline of dairy cow's own immunity and resistance, and the decrease of feed conversion rate, have had a serious impact on the daily management and economic benefits of dairy cows. Trace element copper and selenium deficiency in dair...
