Abstract

The invention discloses an experimental device for guiding directional growth of plant radicles and a using method of the experimental device. The experimental device comprises a main radicle guiding part and a lateral radicle guiding part, the main radicle guiding part comprises a seed bearing part and a main radicle receiving part which are connected through a connecting column, and the lateral radicle guiding part is mounted at the connecting part of the seed bearing part and the main radicle receiving part. The main radicle guiding part and the lateral radicle guiding part are used for correspondingly guiding the main radicle and the lateral radicle of the plant, so that the distinguishing research of the main radicle and the lateral radicle of the plant becomes possible, and an accurate theoretical basis is provided for the targeted culture, fertilization and irrigation of the main radicle and the lateral radical; and the uncontrollable growth direction of the root system is changed into the growth direction according to the preset direction by utilizing the guiding effect of the main radicle guiding part and the lateral radicle guiding part, so that the control on the growth of the plant radicles is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of plant experimental devices, in particular to an experimental device for guiding the directional growth of plant radicles and a method for using the same. Background technique [0002] The root system is one of the most important organs of plants, which has various physiological functions such as absorption, metabolism, and transport. The root system of most plants is composed of the main radicle and the lateral radicle, which belongs to the fibrous root system. Radicle is also called seed root, primary root. Taking wheat as an example, a wheat seedling usually has 3-5 radicles, up to 7. When wheat seeds germinate, the radicle sheath breaks through the cortex, and when the elongation reaches 1 mm, the main radicle protrudes from the radicle sheath, and then the first pair and the second pair of lateral radicles grow successively at the base of the hypocotyl , sometimes even a third pair of lateral radicles appear...
