The stacking device comprises a high-position stacking machine, a lifting table, a chain conveyor, the ton bag and a bag opening device. The bag opening device is composed of four YZ linear modules and a module fixing plate, each YZ linear module is formed by fixedly combining two linear modules in the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction, and parallel pneumatic claws are installed on the Z-axis linear modules and used for clamping the four corners of the ton bag; guide rails are installed on the left side and the right side of the chain conveyor, chain fixing pieces are installed on part of chains, and the bag opening device is installed on the chain fixing pieces and can do reciprocating motion along the guide rails; and the middle of the module fixing plate is hollow, when the module fixing plate is located at the stacking station, the lifting table is located under the hollow part of the module fixing plate, the table top of the lifting table can penetrate through the hollow part of the module fixing plate to ascend and descend, and the lifting table can be reversely sleeved with the ton bag.
