Abstract

The invention discloses a new application of Vidofludimus as an NDM-1 inhibitor or an antibiotic protective agent, and belongs to the field of new medical application of Vidofludimus. Through an NDM-1 enzyme inhibition test, a microscale chessboard dilution method, a time-sterilization curve test and other tests, it is found that the Vidofludimus can significantly inhibit the activity of NDM-1 and recover the antibacterial activity of meropenem to escherichia coli producing NDM-1. Therefore, it is determined that the Vidofludimus can be used as the NDM-1 inhibitor, and when the Vidofludimus is combined with beta-lactam antibiotics for application, hydrolysis of the beta-lactam antibiotics by the NDM-1 can be reduced or even eliminated, and the sensitivity of drug-resistant bacteria to the beta-lactam antibiotics is recovered.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a new pharmacological use of vedofluladimol, in particular to a new pharmacological use of vedofluladimol as an NDM-1 inhibitor or an antibiotic protective agent, and belongs to the field of new pharmacologically active uses of vedofluladimol. Background technique [0002] β-lactam antibiotics have strong bactericidal activity, low toxicity and wide indications, and are currently important drugs for the treatment of infectious diseases caused by bacteria. β-lactam antibiotics include carbapenems, cephalosporins, penicillins, etc., all of which have a β-lactam ring that exerts antibacterial activity in their structure. With the widespread use of β-lactam antibiotics, more and more bacteria develop drug resistance mediated by β-lactamase. [0003] The production of β-lactamase is one of the important mechanisms for inducing bacterial drug resistance. This enzyme can catalyze the breaking of the C-N bond on the β-lactam ring in β...
