Abstract
The invention relates to application of patchoulenone in preparation of an MCR-1 enzyme inhibitor, the survival rates of a patchoulenone group in corresponding time are 66.7%, 41.7% and 8.3%, and the survival rates of mice in a patchoulenone and polymyxin E group in corresponding time are 83.3%, 75.0% and 41.7% respectively. Results show that the death rate of mice is remarkably reduced after treatment with the combination of the patchoulenone and the polymyxin E, a single treatment group of the patchoulenone or the polymyxin E does not have a remarkable effect, and the patchoulenone can improve the treatment effect of the polymyxin E.
