Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of medicines, and particularly discloses a medicine composition for treating locally advanced microsatellite stable colorectal cancer and application. The pharmaceutical composition disclosed by the invention comprises mFOLFOX6, bevacizumab and a PD-1 (programmed death-1) inhibitor. Experiments prove that the pharmaceutical composition is used for treating MSS CRC of local advanced stage (T4NxM0), 14 cases achieve main pathological remission (tumor recession exceeds 90%), 10 cases have complete pathological remission (no tumor cell residue), tumor markers are all reduced to be normal, no lethal SAE event exists, and the pharmaceutical composition has good safety and effectiveness. Therefore, aiming at a patient suffering from the locally advanced (T4NxM0) microsatellite stable colorectal cancer, the medicine composition is combined to shrink the tumor as much as possible, so that the R0 excision rate and the PCR rate (complete pathologic remission rate) are improved as much as possible, and the toxic and side effects of three-medicine chemotherapy and synchronous chemoradiotherapy are avoided.
