The scheme comprises the following steps of: 1) simulating and observing process models at different moments in a research area and constructing process twinborn models of process models at different moments and observation twinborn models of observation models at different moments; 2) using the process twinborn models at different moments to consider simulation errors, performing re-simulation to obtain twinborn simulation of each state variable at different moments in the research area, and converting to an observation space by using an observation twinborn model to obtain twinborn observation; 3) calculating the twinborn assimilation quantity of each state variable of each grid in the research area by utilizing twinborn observation and actual observation of each state variable at different moments; and 4) assimilating each state variable of the assimilation moment process model by using the twin assimilation quantity. According to the method, data assimilation is convenient to operate, easy to implement, flexible and efficient, professional technicians can be liberated from heavy assimilation code modification, and the energy is better concentrated on the simulation effect of the data assimilation improvement process model.
