The method comprises the following steps: establishing an additional gas-power allocation mechanism; the apportionment cost is included in the total cost of gas-water bundling delivery by using an apportionment mechanism, and a gas-water bundling delivery cost model is constructed; determining a gas-electricity-water-electricity bundling delivery unit price based on a receiving end electric quantity game, and establishing a gas-water bundling delivery income model; combining the gas-water bundling delivery cost model and the gas-water bundling delivery income model to establish a gas-water coordinated power generation total cost and income model; and power generation optimization is carried out based on the gas-water coordinated power generation total cost and income model.
