Embodiment Construction

[0017] figure 1 A cross-section of a first embodiment of the bobbin according to the invention is shown schematically in FIG. The bobbin has a drive shaft 5 , which is rotatably mounted inside a support 7 . The drive shaft 5 is connected at one end not shown in the figure to an electric drive. The drive shaft 5 is connected to the hub 6 at one end protruding from the support 7 . The hub 6 is preferably arranged in the middle of the inner tube 3 , wherein the protruding section of the support 7 for supporting the drive shaft 5 protrudes into the open end of the inner tube 3 .

[0018] A hollow cylindrical outer tube 1 is arranged at a certain distance around the inner tube 3 and extends substantially along the entire length of the inner tube 3 . A fastening device 2 is arranged in the annular space formed between the inner tube 3 and the outer tube 1 . The fastening device 2 consists of several segments and has a plurality of fastening elements 4 . The fastening element 4 ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a bobbin for clamping a plurality of bobbins. The bobbin consists of an inner tube and an outer tube surrounding the inner tube. The inner tube is connected to a drive shaft. A fastening device is provided between the inner tube and the outer tube, which has a plurality of fastening elements removable through the opening of the outer tube. An outer tube arranged around the inner tube is fixed relative to the inner tube by connecting means. According to the invention, the connecting device has a clamping element at least at one end of the inner tube, which generates an axial clamping force on the inner tube and a counterforce against this clamping force on the outer tube. The load-bearing capacity is thereby determined by the outer tube and the inner tube.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a bobbin for clamping a plurality of bobbins in a fiber winding machine. Background technique [0002] One such bobbin is known from DE 196 07 916 . [0003] Such bobbins are used in winding machines for winding in particular freshly spun synthetic fibers onto bobbins. For this purpose, a plurality of bobbins are sequentially fitted on bobbin shafts protruding from the winding machine. For clamping the bobbin, the bobbin has a fastening device with a plurality of fastening elements which are displaceable radially outwards. An annular space is formed between an outer tube and an inner tube to accommodate the fastening device. To transmit the rotational movement, the inner tube is connected to a drive shaft. The outer tube is connected to the inner tube in an essentially form-fitting manner, wherein the load-bearing capacity of the bobbin is determined by the inner tube. The known bobbins therefore have a lower bendi...
