Embodiment Construction

[0032] Hereinafter, the best mode for actualizing the tightening method of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Therefore, an outline of the tightening method according to the embodiment is shown in FIG. 1 . In FIG. 1, (a) shows the case where the coil end of the stator of the standard diameter is tightened, and (b) shows the case where the coil end of the stator of the non-standard diameter is tightened.

[0033] In the tightening method of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 , the stator 1 is rotated by a predetermined angle each time, and at the same time, the wire supply nozzle 5 that can move and supply the wire in the axial direction of the above-mentioned stator 1 and the wire supply nozzle 5 that can be placed on the above-mentioned stator 1 The interaction of the hook 4 that moves in the axial direction and radial direction and pulls the wire provided by the wire supply nozzle 5 tightens the coil end 2 protruding from the two end fac...

Abstract

An object is to provide a lacing method for stators, which is capable of automatically effecting lacing with respect to the coil ends of stators different in diameter. Before lacing is effected with respect to the coil end of a stator, an eccentricity (A) between the movement axis (Z2) of a thread supply nozzle (5) and the rotation axes Z1a, (Z1) of the stators is calculated on the basis of the inner diameter of the stator and the nozzle length of the thread supply nozzle (5). When lacing is to be effected with respect to the coil end (2a) of a stator (1a) whose diameter differs from a reference diameter, the stator (1a) is moved in such a manner as to deviate the rotation axis (Z1a) of the stator (1a) by an amount corresponding to the eccentricity (A) from the movement axis (Z2) of the thread supply nozzle (5), so that lacing can be effected with respect to the coil end (2a) of the stator (1a) while the thread supply nozzle (5) is still used without changing the movement locus of a hook (4).

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a stator tightening method for bundling coil ends protruding from both end surfaces of a stator core. More specifically, it relates to a stator tightening method capable of tightening coil ends of stators with different diameters. Background technique [0002] The stator, which is a component of the motor, is formed by attaching coils to slots formed in the stator core. Coil ends are formed on the stator as portions where the coil protrudes from both end surfaces of the stator core. This coil end may come into contact with the rotor or housing when the motor is constructed. Therefore, the ends of the coil are bundled with wires (by so-called tying) so as to be bundled together and fixed. This tightening is done by braiding the thread, sewing the loop ends into a mesh shape. [0003] As a method for automatically performing such tightening, there is, for example, a technology disclosed in Japanese Patent Application ...
