Abstract

The device includes at least multiple groups of element of detecting efficiencies. Each group of element of detecting efficiencies is connected to each component in bus wire arrangement of main board in order to detect quantity of data flow in bus wire arrangement and operating conditions of components on main board. A chip of controlling efficiencies connected to components on main board adjust operating speeds for these components on main board based on signal from element of detecting efficiencies. The said chip determines whether a component on main board is busy or not, in order to tune up or down operating speed for the component.
