Embodiment Construction

[0022] The present invention is described with reference to the enclosed Figures wherein the same numbers are used. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the invention is a hand protector 10 which prevents the user from getting ink on the side of the pinky and side of the hand proximate to the pinky.

[0023] The invention comprises a partial glove member 10 which is attached to the user's writing hand (either left or right). The partial glove member includes a finger protection member 18 which fits over the user's pinky and a shield 14 which extends down the pinky side of the hand and which forms a partial shield around the top and palm of the user's hand. In all embodiments, the invention can be inter-changeable between left and right hands. The invention includes a cuff 12. The back of the cuff is shown at 16. As shown in FIG. 4, the cuff 12 in an alternative embodiment may be adjustable using a plurality of adjustment means, including Velcro.
