Finally, an external pouch extending outward from the front panel is provided as a depository for the genitalia of the male. The boxer-brief type undergarment minimizes perspiration and irritation, absorbs accidental leakage of fluid body waste, and eliminates exposure to the fluid body waste and stains on the body of the male. A thin layer of absorbent material can be included to minimize the effects of accidental leakage.
