[0017]The present invention provides a communication device adopted for an MIMO-OFDM system and a method thereof. The communication device and the method thereof of the present invention reduces the calculation amount needed in performing SVD operations in the MIMO-OFDM system by means of an interpolation operation approach, thereby improving the efficiency of obtaining beamforming matrices of the MIMO-OFDM system.
