The invention discloses a human body moire imaging device which comprises a host part and an examined-person examination room, wherein the host part comprises a moire collection camera, a far infrared thermal imager, a laser locator, an instrument operation controller and a chassis; and the examined-person examination room comprises a standard light environment, a location marking device and a moire grating. In the invention, a standard light environment technology is adopted, namely a standard technology of the light illumination level, distribution, form and parameters such as light color, tone, aberration and saturation. The standard unity of the light environment is guaranteed before and after the treatment of local fascia, muscles and bones of the body; and the infrared radiation on the surface of a human body is received based on the human body moire imaging technology applying the principles of coherent optics and through the infrared thermal imaging technology, the surface and hot-area temperature of the patient body can be detected, recorded and imaged, and qualitative and quantitative analysis can be performed for the detected area.
