biocompatibility, thereby ensuring effective emulsification during adiposome preparation and enhancing
biological safety. The disclosed method establishes a lyophilization process suitable for adiposome-based delivery platforms, in which the adiposome-based delivery platform is preserved in the form of a lyophilized
powder. The lyophilized adiposome-based delivery platform is resistant to structural collapse, and upon reconstitution with water, the pre-lyophilization morphology thereof is restored with minimal variations in particle size and polydispersity index. This method enables direct use in related biomedical applications. The lyophilization process improves the storage stability, transportability, and ease of use of the adiposome-based delivery platform.
