The application discloses a natural sesquiterpene compound with an agricultural pathogenic bacteria resisting effect and a preparation method and application thereof. A novel natural sesquiterpene compound is separated from stems of diseased Gordonia aculeata. Activity experiments show that the natural sesquiterpene compound has the agricultural pathogenic bacteria resisting effect, has good antibacterial activity on plant pathogenic bacteria Rhizopus stolonifer, Verticillium dahliae Kleb, Thanatephorus cucumeris and Fusarium oxysporum, and can be applied to plant disease prevention and treatment as an agricultural fungicide.
