ammonium bromide,
sodium hydroxide, tetraethoxysilane, trifluoropropylmethyldichlorosilane,
chitosan, butanedioic anhydride, gallotannic acid,
sodium citrate,
tartaric acid,
epoxy resin, a curing agent, a proper amount of
acetic acid, a proper amount of absolute ethyl
alcohol, a proper amount of methyl
alcohol, a proper amount of
tetrahydrofuran, a proper amount of diluted
hydrochloric acid, a proper amount of dilute
nitric acid and a proper amount of deionized water. Prepared
passivation liquid is low in preparing cost, free of
toxicity and harm, green, environment-friendly and capable of forming the compact passivation film on the surfaces of a
zinc plated wide plate, an aluminum profile and the like,
corrosion of a base material can be retarded, the service life is prolonged, and various later
machining properties of the base material are not influenced.
