This invention discloses an organic
trace element complex for lactating dairy cows, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of hydroxymethionine complex, 0.1-0.2 parts of
sodium iodide, 30-45 parts of
yeast selenium, 0.1-0.2 parts of
cobalt sulfate, 10-25 parts of synergist, and 5-10 parts of carrier. This invention also discloses the preparation method and application of the above-mentioned organic
trace element complex. When used in lactating dairy cows, the various hydroxymethionine complexes can effectively pass through the
rumen to the
small intestine and be absorbed through
amino acid channels, meeting the needs of dairy cows for various trace elements during
lactation. The synergistic effect of the various hydroxymethionine complexes and the synergist can improve the
lactation performance of dairy cows, increase
milk production, enhance the body's resistance, significantly reduce the incidence of
mastitis and
hoof diseases, and alleviate
ketosis.
