The invention relates to a method for preparing a milk cow replacement cattle fermented total mixed ration (TMR) feed from gingko decoction dreg. The method comprises the following steps of: adding fermentation raw materials including gingko decoction dreg, straws, a basic material, molasses, a fermenting agent and a mildew inhibitor into a TMR stirrer and uniformly stirring the materials; adjusting moisture to be 45 to 55 percent; pouring the mixture into a polyethylene film vacuum bag, vacuuming to achieve required density, and binding and sealing the bag; and fermenting the mixture to obtain the feed. The method obviously improves the palatability of the gingko decoction dreg and improves the utilization ratio so as to reduce the cost of the replacement cattle feed and keep the feeding effect unchanged; the gingko decoction dreg can replace silage maize as a coarse milk cow replacement cattle material, so that the problem of shortage of the silage maize during the production of the milk cow is solved; meanwhile, the antiallergic, antivirus and anti-stress capacity of the replacement cattle can also be improved so as to enhance the immunity and promote the growth and development of the replacement cattle; and most importantly, the problem of environmental pollution caused by cluttering up and leaving about the gingko leaf residues at most places is solved.
