cleanroom assembly mechanism and its usage method, belonging to the field of biological
cleanroom assembly technology. It includes an
operating table with a sliding movable platform, clamping mechanisms sliding on both sides of the
operating table, and a rotatable cleaning mechanism on the
operating table. A clamping plate is slidably mounted on the operating table. The cleaning mechanism includes a rotating long plate with several scrapers and roller brushes rotatably mounted on it. A
liquid storage tank slides below the scrapers and roller brushes on the rotating long plate. This invention, by providing movable clamping plates with adjustable spacing, can clamp the cleaning box of the biological
cleanroom, facilitating its
assembly and cleaning. Simultaneously, the clamping plates can also clamp the mounting side plates, facilitating their assembly. After assembly, the clamping plates can act as push plates, pushing the assembled device out of the designated area. The clamping plates have different functions in different usage scenarios.
