The invention relates to a new method and an apparatus of membrane-method calcium chloride mother liquid concentration. The method includes the following particular steps: (1) regulating the pH of a to-be-concentrated low-concentration calcium chloride mother liquid to 6.0-6.5 with hydrochloric acid; (2) adding 0.01-0.5% of a chelating agent R; (3) in a liquid storage tank 1, performing temperature-constant treatment to the to-be-concentrated low-concentration calcium chloride mother liquid to 65 + / - 2 DEG C; (4) pumping the material liquid through a liquid transportation pump 2, enabling the material liquid to flow through a membrane core of a hydrophobic membrane assembly 7, feeding the material liquid to a pump body, and finally enabling the material liquid to flow through a rotor flow meter 3, a pressure meter 4 and a temperature meter 5 and then feeding the material liquid back to the liquid storage tank 1 for further circulation; (5) when a vacuum pump 9 is started, pumping one part of evaporated material liquid into a condenser 8 through the vacuum pump 9 through micropores on the hydrophobic membrane assembly 7, and cooling the evaporated material liquid and feeding the evaporated material liquid into a collection bottle 6; and (6) enabling the other part of the material liquid to flow out through the hydrophobic membrane assembly 7 back into the liquid storage tank 1, thereby concentrating the material liquid in the liquid storage tank 1 and finally reaching the concentration of not less than 30%.

The invention provides high-weight high-strength phenol formaldehyde foam and a preparation method thereof. The foam is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of high-viscosity phenolic resin, 4 to 6 parts of silica sol, 3 to 5 parts of pH regulators, 2 to 4 parts of potassium silicate, 7 to 10 parts of foaming agents, 5 to 10 parts of emulsifiers and 10 to 16 parts of curing agents. The preparation method of the foam has the advantages that nanometer silicon dioxide particles are introduced into formaldehyde foam by using silica sol / potassium silicate; Si-O-C chemical bonds are generated by using the effects of nanometer silicon dioxide and high-viscosity phenolic resin; an interface enhancing effect is generated. Concretely, in a container with a stirring function, the raw materials are added according to the proportion ratio; after the materials are uniformly stirred, the materials are fast poured into a mold; foaming is performed at 65 to 70 DEG C; the heat insulation is performed for 20 to 30 min; demoulding is performed. The mechanical intensity is improved; the production cost is reduced; the heat resistance is improved; the operation is simple; the method is suitable for industrialized operation.

The invention discloses a seedling-raising method using a poplar root sucker and a container hardwood cutting together, comprising the following steps of: (1) raising seedlings by the container hardwood cutting through directly adopting the hardwoods of annual nursery stocks to obtain container seedlings if the breeds of poplars to be propagated are annual nursery stocks; and excavating the root systems of the adult trees of the poplars and shearing the root systems to cuttings for the seedling raising of container root cutting to obtain the container seedlings if the breeds of the poplars tobe propagated are adult trees; (2) transplanting the obtained container seedlings in nursery land for nursery stock breeding; (3) after leaves fall in the same year or seedlings are lifted in spring of the ensuing year, carrying away qualified seedlings for forestation and translating the seedling-lifted nursery land into root sucker seedling-raising nursery land; and (4) carrying out the container hardwood cutting seedling raising by using the substandard seedlings bred by the root sucker. The seedling-raising method has the advantages of simple technical link, low seedling-raising cost, high cutting survival rate and no influences on the position effect and the maturation effect of scion grafting, can ensure the sustainable seedling-raising utilization of the large-scale high-efficiency vegetative propagation and fine vegetative propagation materials of the fine breeds of the poplars.
