The invention relates to a light information storage media, which comprises the first base plate, the first reflective layer, the baffle layer, the buffer layer, the second record layer, the second reflective layer and the second base plate, wherein the baffle layer is above the first reflective layer; the buffer layer is above the baffle layer whose thickness is between 1nm and 50nm; the second record layer is above the buffer layer; the second record deposition layer obtains the reflectivity more than 16%, to make the CD-ROM driver read disc successfully; the buffer layer will protect the second record layer, to avoid it reacting with the non-rigid baffle layer; and the buffer layer has shield function to avoid water or oxygen into the second record layer; and in the high-speed disc, the buffer layer can be used as the thermal dispersion media of second record deposition layer.
