The multifunctional business machine includes one main body, one holding part and one paper feeding pallet. The main body has paper feeding port, the holding part set at the paper feeding port has guide slot, and the paper feeding pallet for bearing the paper to be printed may be combined with the guide slot and located in the first position or the second position. When the paper feeding pallet is located in the first position, it is in some preset angle to the main body for the paper to be set on; and when it is located in the second position, it is parallel to the guide slot for being held inside the holding part. Owing to the automatic locating mechanism in the multifunctional business machine, the paper feeding pallet in operating state or non-operating state may be located for convenient use and no damage.
