Abstract

The present invention discloses a portable electronic device, including a device body, a slider, and a flexible component, wherein, the device body includes at least one slider sheath. The slider is located on the body, and can slide between a closed position and a full opened position, including at least one sliding pole and at least a base, the slider penetrating into the slider sheath in the sliding way. The flexible component connects the body and the slider to control the slider in the closed position or the full opened position. The present inventive sliding mechnism is not limited on the span, so it can be applied to the portable electronic devices with a large span or a sideslip slider. In addition, the elasticity of the flexible component in the device can assist the slider to maintain the position, which would remove the trouble of the manual slider positioning.
