An improved multi-user selecting method based on block diagonalization multiple-input multiple-output system of norm is provided, firstly selecting a maximum user of the channel Frobenius norm, then adding the maximum user of the equivalent channel Frobenius norm sum acquired by multiplying channels of all selected user with corresponding precoding matrix in a backup user collection in turn, until the maximum number of users can be supported by the system synchronously.
