Embodiment Construction

[0015] The process of the embodiment of the present invention silk reactive dyestuff cold batch printing proofing method is as follows figure 1 As shown, the main steps include preparation before printing, proof printing, color block sealing, heat treatment, and finishing. The pre-printing preparation steps include three steps that need to be completed before proofing and printing, but the sequence is not limited (that is, they can be completed simultaneously or successively): fabric preparation; color paste preparation; pattern making. The preparation of the fabric includes two steps: preparing lye; padding the fabric with lye and drying.

[0016] To prepare lye:

[0017] There are two ways to prepare lye, including:

[0018] Formula 1: Sodium hydroxide 2-4g / l, sodium carbonate 30-40g / l, the rest is water.

[0019] The formulation uses NaOH / Na 2 CO 3 combination. The printing uniformity of this combination is even without NaOH / Na 2 SiO 3 The combination is good, but u...

Abstract

The invention discloses a cold-stacking printing and proofing method of active silk dyes, which comprises the steps of preparation before printing; proofing and printing; the sealing of color blocks; heat treatment; and post treatment; the preparation before printing comprises three steps that need to be finished before the printing but the sequence of which is not restricted: the preparation of fabrics; the modulation of color paste; the making of a printing plate; the preparation of fabrics comprises two steps: lye is prepared; and the fabrics are padded in the lye and then dried. The method leads strong alkali on the fabrics to impel the active dye and the silk fibers to react quickly by padding the strong alkali on the fabrics, printing the color paste with the active dye after the drying and lifting the stacking temperature to 70 DEG C to 80 DEG C. Therefore, not only the color yield of small samples can be most close to the cold-stacking printing of 3 hours to 10 hours, but alsothe proofing time can be shortened to be within 10 minutes to 15 minutes after the method is used. The cold-stacking printing and proofing method of the active silk dyes solves the technical difficulties that compared with the mass production, the cold-stacking printing and proofing of the silk active dyes is large in difference and long in time, improves the fixation rate of the active dyes and shortens the proofing time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for textile printing, in particular to a method for proofing samples of silk reactive dye cold batch printing. Background technique [0002] Reactive dye printing, whether it is industrial production or proofing, almost always adopts the traditional printing method at present, that is, preparing color paste (reactive dye + alkali combination)→scraping printing→drying→steaming→finishing. [0003] The cold stack printing of reactive dyes is an innovative technology produced under the general situation of energy saving and emission reduction. Its technological process is: preparation of color paste→scraping printing and rolling→cold stacking→finishing. Compared with traditional reactive dye printing, there are two less drying and steaming processes, which greatly saves energy consumption. Cold-stack printing uses the strong reactivity of low-temperature reactive dyes to fix and color the fibers at room temperature. Howe...
