no. 1 approach

[0041] Figure 1-3 And 4A-4C have shown the infrared sensor switch which concerns on 1st Embodiment of this invention. The infrared sensor switch includes a first printed-circuit assembly, a second printed-circuit assembly 2 , a lens assembly 3 , and a housing 4 . The first and second printed circuit assemblies 1 and 2 and the lens assembly 3 are arranged in a housing 4 having a circular window 51 . In addition, this infrared sensor switch has a front cover (decorative cover) 7 which is elastically deformable and formed so as to cover the front part of the case 1 .

[0042] Such as image 3 , 5A As shown in FIG. 5B , the first printed circuit assembly 1 includes a “T”-shaped first printed circuit board 10 and various electronic components mounted on the first printed circuit board 10 . In addition, the first printed circuit assembly 1 is electrically connected to the second printed circuit assembly 2 via a flat cable (FC), and receives a higher voltage than the second prin...

[0088] Figure 19 An infrared sensor switch according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown. This infrared sensor switch has the same configuration as that of the first embodiment. For the sake of clarity, the same symbols as those shown in the first embodiment are attached to the same elements. According to a feature of the second embodiment, the infrared sensor switch further includes a rear cover 8 for attaching the switch to, for example, a ceiling without a hole for embedding.

[0089] Such as Figure 19-22 As shown, the rear cover 8 is, for example, a synthetic resin molded product, and is formed to cover the rear surface of the housing 4 . For example, the rear cover 8 is provided with: a circular base portion 81; and a cylindrical peripheral side portion 85 having a concave portion 86 in which an annular end surface 860 is formed on its inner peripheral surface, and At the corner between the base portion 81 and the peripheral side portion 85, the...

Abstract

The present invention relates to an infrared sensor switch comprising: a casing with a window, a switch element, a plurality of first wire connection terminals, a plurality of second wire connection terminals, an infrared sensor, and a control section. The casing has a hollow core and embedded terminal cover. The hollow core is configured with the switch element, the infrared sensor and the control section, and has the window on front face of the body. The embedded terminal is configured with the plurality of first wire connection terminals and the plurality of second wire connection terminals, which are formed in manner of projecting from a part of rear face section of the hollow core backwards.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an infrared sensor switch. Background technique [0002] For example, Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2005-135612 published on May 26, 2005 discloses an automatic switch with an infrared sensor installed on the ceiling. The switch has a switch body and a switch cover constituting a housing. In addition, the switch has a first printed circuit board, a second printed circuit board and a lens assembly, which are arranged in the housing, in particular the switch housing. Specifically, this switch has a terminal portion and a relay, and these are mounted on the first printed circuit board. In addition, this switch also has an infrared sensor (pyroelectric sensor), etc., which are mounted on the second printed circuit board. [0003] When the above-mentioned automatic switch with an infrared sensor is installed on the ceiling, the switch cover is inserted into the embedded hole formed on the ceiling, and the rear outer...
